Detect
A learned probabilistic model surfaces vessels that behave like the dark fleet — AIS gaps, anomalous loitering, anchor-hopping, suspicious lineage — even when none of those signals are individually conclusive.
// Issue 01 — Maritime intelligence, Baltic theatre
Rendezvous detects, scores, and narrates the Baltic shadow fleet — vessels that move oil under sanctions, switch off their transponders at the right meridian, and hope no one is watching the seam.
Built for European defence agencies. Calibrated by maritime analysts. Operated under signed authority.

Sanctioned cargoes don’t sail under sanctioned flags. They sail under any flag they can buy, in vessels that change names twice a year, off transponders for the hours that matter, and into ports that prefer not to ask.
We are the people who ask.
A learned probabilistic model surfaces vessels that behave like the dark fleet — AIS gaps, anomalous loitering, anchor-hopping, suspicious lineage — even when none of those signals are individually conclusive.
Each vessel carries a calibrated risk score with feature attributions, refreshed on a regular cadence. Operators can drill from a fleet view to a single ship's track, lineage, and observed encounters.
Risk surfaces flow into operational consoles for tracking, intelligence triage, and alerting. Hand-off to enforcement is one click, with full citation back to the underlying AIS frames and OSINT signals.
// Pipeline
Shadow fleet vessels do not announce themselves. They look ordinary, until you watch a thousand of them together and notice which patterns of silence repeat.
Rendezvous trains an Elkan & Noto positive-unlabelled XGBoost model on curated AIS frames, GFW encounter data, and registry signals — calibrated on operator-confirmed examples, never on speculation.
